Protim Frameguard II is a specialist, factory applied coating system for OSB and engineered wood products. Protim Frameguard II will achieve BS476: Part 7: 1997 Class 2 protection against the surface spread of flame with an average loading of 150 g/m2 in softwood. Protim Frameguard II is supplied ready-for-use and must not be diluted. It is applied to timber by closed immersion, spray, or by brush. For use only as a flame retardant and by industrial operators.
Suitable for use as sheathing, flooring and joists in timber frame structures, plus internal timber projects that are above damp proof course/ ground level. For use out of ground contact or out of surface water contact. Treated timber must not be exposed to weathering in service.
